Holiday Shipping Policy
The Shipping Department is closed on all U.S. national holidays and weekends. Orders may still be placed, but during this time period, no orders will be shipped. Return Policy We offer a 30 day 100% satisfaction guarantee on the Aqua-Chi Detox Foot Bath. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your Aqua-Chi Detox Foot Bath you may return it within 30 days of the date of sale (first time purchases - U.S. domestic sales only). The purchase price will be refunded, less a $75 restocking fee. The unit cannot be returned and a refund will not be made unless the return is pre-approved. Call us or contact us by e-mail for authorization and so that we can provide return instructions. Returns are accepted only on complete units and not on parts, accessories, or other purchases. The return policy does not cover any shipping charges, nor does the warranty cover any damages that may occur during shipping. We assume no risk for loss or damage to the shipment. Aqua-Chi Warranty Policy The Manufacturer of the Aqua-Chi Model 5400 FB Hydro-stimulation Spa warrants to the original purchaser that the product will be free from defect in workmanship or materials for the below mentioned period for normal use as described in the User Manual included with the product at purchase. The warranty begins upon purchase of the Model 5400 FB Hydro-stimulation Spa. To obtain warranty service, "proof of purchase" must be provided. A copy of a sales receipt or invoice, which clearly shows the date of purchase and place of purchase, is required. The warranty period for the Aqua-Chi Model 5400 FB Hydro-stimulation Spa is 1 year. The warranty period may be extended to a total period of 5 years by simply completing and returning the warranty registration card, supplied in the back of the manual, to the manufacturer. The manufacturer must receive the warranty registration card within one month of the purchase date to obtain the 4-year extended coverage. The manufacturer reserves the right to repair, and/or replace, and/or substitute any defective product with an equal or more current model (without charge for parts and labor). THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER THE FOLLOWING
1. Product used for a purpose other than that described by the user manual.2. Product that has been modified or repaired by anyone other than an authorized repairer. 3. Product that has been subjected to accident, misuse or abuse. 4. All accessory and consumable items including: positive ring & strip sets, the copper ring, fuses, DC cable, and the carry caddy. The product warranty does not cover any shipping charges, nor does the warranty cover any damages that may occur during shipping. The manufacturer assumes no risk for loss or damage to shipment.
